Can I use the service even if I am no longer a first-time buyer?
Absolutely! We serve every home buyer. Our priority is to make sure that you, as a home buyer, are clear about what you are getting into. Even if you’ve bought a home before, the home buying process may have changed over the years and the old ways or laws may not work as well. However, we deal with the subject every day and our knowledge is constantly updated to reflect the current state of the environment.
Will you guarantee that the deal I make is really a good one?
Unfortunately, we cannot give such a guarantee. But we do guarantee that we will assess the transaction you are considering, using all our professional skills and expertise. As we all know, prediction is difficult, especially about the future, and therefore we can never be sure what surprises the world will bring.
How quickly will your order be delivered?
We aim to deliver reports within 24 hours of the order, provided we have access to all the necessary documentation. If you are in a hurry, just let us know and we will try to get the job done even faster.
This is our goal, but its realisation ultimately depends on how “easy” the item is to assess. For example, if a detail requires further clarification from a third party (licensed realtor, property manager, the office, the government, etc.), we may not be able to get all the answers within the target time. In such situations, however, we will keep you informed at all times.
All the talk is about condominium. What if I’m buying a property, is your service suitable for that?
The properties differ significantly from the housing company format. And from each other. Therefore, there is no fixed package for them, the contents of which can be opened in advance.
However, we are able to assist you with real estate transactions. In these cases, the focus is on documentation, such as the deeds of sale.
Real estate transactions have their own legalities, such as the deed itself, which must be in a specific format, unlike in the case of a residential property. Do you find an apartment for me?
No, because we are not a brokerage.
We can help you with that! Together we will assess your wishes and help you find the property you are looking for on the public market. If you want to outsource the whole search process, we recommend you contact the real estate agency of your choice for a purchase mandate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paytrail, the largest online payment service in Finland realtor. There is a wide range of payment methods, from online payments from domestic banks to card payments and PayPal to ApplePay, MobilePay or even credit.
What happens if the property I choose turns out to be bad and there is no deal, what happens then?
Then you can congratulate yourself because you just avoided a bad deal!
