Terms and conditions for ordering, delivery and cancellation
General information
OUN Oy, business ID: 3179402-6, sells services to adult individuals and businesses in Finland.
To be clear, OUN Oy is not a brokerage firm. It is therefore not subject to the Act on Real Estate Brokerage and Rental Housing Brokerage.
Collection of personal data
As a customer using our service, you agree that we will store your data in our customer register and process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Services and service prices
The features and prices of our products and services are set out in the description of each service. We reserve the right to change prices, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before placing an order. The prices of the services include taxes, which will be indicated in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.
Delivery methods and time
As a rule, we provide our services and deliver our products by electronic means, such as video chat or by telephone, e-mail or by offering you the possibility to download products from our website or through our partners’ systems. We will be in contact after the purchase to agree a mutually convenient time and method for the implementation and delivery of the service.
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears on
as the recipient of the payment on the statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

Ordering and contract
You can order services from our website. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we will start delivering it. As our service is targeted at the housing trade, delivery will start as soon as we receive confirmation of your order, as the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act is unacceptable given the nature and speed of the housing trade. By using our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of supply in force from time to time. You understand that your order accepted and confirmed by us is, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, binding and creates a contract with these terms of delivery between us. We will invoice you for the products/services ordered at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel a service order by notifying us no later than 14 days after the confirmed order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email(info@oun.fi) as soon as possible or within 14 days at the latest. We will suspend delivery of the order immediately upon receipt of the cancellation notice, in which case we will invoice you for the proportion of the price that has already been paid. If the order has already been delivered in full, the payment or part of it is non-refundable.

Limitation of liability
Oun Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise with respect to such damage.
Disagreements
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance to settle the matter.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board(www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar’s Office(www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
